  • BIRDING PARADISE COLOMBIA S.A.S recommends its tourists to make appropriate and rational use of water, we ask you to consider that if your stay in the same place lasts between 1-3 days, ask the hotel not to change your towels and sheets unless it is really necessary.
  • The places we visit are natural environments with great biodiversity, BIRDING PARADISE COLOMBIA S.A.S will maintain a garbage deposit in the vehicle so that any item brought into the forest, organic or not, can be returned and not left in the forest.
  • BIRDING PARADISE COLOMBIA S.A.S, as far as possible, uses implements such as forks, bowls, glasses, and other reusable materials, thus avoiding the use of single-use plastics.
  • Tourists can have drinking water and bottled water at all times, however, it is purchased in large quantities and filled every day in reusable bottles given to each tourist, in order to avoid the purchase of multiple plastic bottles.

  • Law 17 of 1981 and Law 1333 of 2009 on international trade of threatened species of wild fauna and flora.
  • Law 63 of 1986 and Law 1185 of 2008 on trade of cultural goods.
  • Resolution 0584 of 2002 on threatened wild species in the national territory.
  • Law 1453 of 2011. Article 32. Illicit management of exotic species. Likewise, compliance with applicable regulations to counteract the sexual exploitation of minors is promoted.
  • Average of Law 1336 of 2009, which adds and strengthens Law 679 of 2001 to combat exploitation, pornography, and sexual tourism involving children and adolescents.
  • Law 679 of 2001, through which a law is issued to prevent and counteract the exploitation, pornography, and sexual tourism involving minors, in development of Article 44 of the Constitution.
  • Law 599 of 2000. Penal Code, Title IV "Crimes against freedom, integrity, and sexual formation."
  • Law 1482 of 2011 guarantees the protection of the rights of a person, group of people, community, or individuals that are violated by acts of racism or discrimination.
